General Event Information
The venue is located at Block R, MUST Campus.
You can check the floor plan in the mobile app. Please click here for the event app guide.
The registration desk will be located in Building R, outside the Main Auditorium. Please follow the signs labeled “Registration.”
We recommend downloading the event app before attending the conference, so you can easily display the check-in QR code. Otherwise, please bring your registration confirmation (either printed or on your phone), along with any required identification.
After logging into the app, click on the user icon in the top right corner and select “Check In.” You’ll find the QR code there, which you can use for event registration check-in, session check-in, or to connect with certain exhibitors.
The dress code is professional attire. Please avoid slippers, shorts, or casual t-shirts.
Yes, there will be charging stations located in the exhibition hall. You can find their location on the floor plan in the event app.
Event Schedule and Activities
The event schedule will be available at the registration counter, on our website, and in the event app. You can find the schedule in the mobile app by clicking the Calendar icon.
Room numbers will be listed on the event schedule and signage throughout the venue. You can also find room locations using the Conference Floor Plan in the event app.

Yes, we will have designated networking areas and opportunities throughout the event in the exhibition hall. You can view the floor plan in the event app to locate the networking lounge.
In addition to networking events, you can connect with other attendees through our mobile app under the “Attendee List” tab, where you can also initiate chats with them.
Yes, lunch and coffee breaks will be provided in the exhibition hall. Additionally, we will have a gala dinner on November 5th.
