Lingnan University is a liberal arts institution in Hong Kong with the longest-established tradition among local higher education institutions. The university’s history dates back to 1888 when the Christian College in China was founded in Guangzhou. It was later re-established as Lingnan College in Hong Kong in 1967 and renamed Lingnan University in 1999.
