Jorge Eduardo Fuentes Ávila

He is Director of Institutional Planning and Evaluation of the Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca and General Coordinator of the INNOVA International Project “Promotion of Research Management with a focus on climate change in HEIs in Bolivia and Paraguay”, financed by the European Union. He has a Postgraduate Degree in University Management in shared degree with the Institute of University Management and Leadership (IGLU of the Inter-American University Organization), Diploma in Project Formulation and Evaluation (University of Chile). He is a professor of Projects and Public Management subjects and Vice President of the Departmental Competitiveness Council (CDC – Consejo Departamental de Competitividad) of Chuquisaca

Coordinator of the following international Projects and Networks: New Model of University Management System (World Bank), SUMA Network “Financial Sustainability of Latin American Universities, ORACLE Network “Regional Observatory for the Quality of Equity in Higher Education”.
