Doctor of Education with specialization in Organizational Leadership; with master’s in digital Transformation and in Senior Management. Postgraduate in Operations Management. Graduated in Accounting, internationally certified in leadership and mentoring programs. With more than 25 years of management experience in the public and private sectors. She held the position of Deputy Minister in the Ministry of the Presidency in Dominican Republic from 2012 to 2020, implementing the National Emergency System (911), the Digital Republic program, the Presidential Goals Monitoring System, the Cybersecurity Strategy, and the National Cybersecurity Center, among others.
Currently serving as Executive Vice-Rector of the Universidad del Caribe, is a writer and researcher. She has published different articles in numerous academic journals and newspapers. She is the author of the book 7 Risks of Social Networks, Being Citizens in a Technological World, and co-author of the book Municipal Development, strategic factor in Mexico’s positioning in the political and social scenarios of the 21st century, among others.
Has been recognized for the Rhode Island Senate, in USA, the Chairman Leadership Awards, GTE, the Leadership Center for Latin American Women, and others.
