Professor Dr. Roslee Rajikan is currently a Professor in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at the Center for Healthy Aging and Wellness (HCARE), Faculty of Health Sciences, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He specializes in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics focusing on Diet Optimization Modelling, nutrition for low-income residents, individuals with special needs and Student Development. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics (Honours) from UKM, MSc in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK and Phd in Nutrition and Plant Science from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom.
He is currently serving as the UKM Pro Vice Chancellor for Strategy and Corporate Development. Previously he held many administrative positions in UKM including the director of Student Affairs Center, Head of Dietetics Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni and Director of Development Center Student and Alumni Relations.
