Winnie has broad experience in tertiary education across Continents. She has dedicated interestsin all-round education, strategy,governance, leadership and management. For over two decades, Winnieheld a number of senior academic leadership and executivepositions from Vice-President at University of Southampton in the UK, Deputy Vice-Chancellor at The University of Newcastle in Australia, Director of International Affairs at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Deputy Country Director at British Councilin Nigeria, to Director of Education Services at British Council in Hong Kong. Sheis an appointed auditor of Quality Assurance Council at University Grants Committee in Hong Kong between 2014 and 2019. Currently, Winnieis a Partner at Education Insight UKandan honorary member of Association of British Chinese Professors registered in the UK.
