- All content must be professional and no sales pitch allowed (Advisory Committee will provide approval)
- Presenters must record their presentation and submit their video in mp4 quality (approval by organizer is needed)
- Video must be submitted not later than 8 October 2021
- Direct Q&A and connection opportunities with the speakers
- These videos will be released in a Poster Sessions booth within the virtual platform’s exhibition hall for all participants to view and vote
- Maximum duration of video will be 10 mins (first 2 mins of video will be used as introduction for participants to view and assess before casting vote for their favorite; any content exceeding 10 mins duration will be removed)
- All participants of QS APPLE can cast their votes for any of their favorite presentation via the virtual platform
- Video will be made available for viewing during live event days, 3-5 November 2021
- 1 month extra exposure on this virtual platform after live event ends
- 1x delegate full access ticket to QS APPLE will be included with this participation
The presentation with the highest votes will get:
- This presentation will be showcased at next QS event for free,

Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing through email and no refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference. However, transfer of your registration to another person or another QS event is permitted (terms and conditions apply).
